What Does Delayed Period Along With Stomach Cramps And Sore Breasts Indicate? 

Okay me and my boyfriend have been sexually active for four months and it's been unprotected and every time he has sex with me he cums inside me and I missed my period it's been three days without a period am I pregnant ? My boobs have been very sore and some cramping and nausea ?

I understand your concern.
A woman in fertile age, with regular menses , having unprotected sex with delay in period, sore breast & nausea.. the first possibility is pregnancy.. This needs to be confirmed by -
- Lab pregnancy test, around date of menses with blood HCG tesing
- home pregnancy test after 8 days delay in menses.
In case pregnancy test stands -ve, you need consultation of a gynecologist for diagnosing cause of delayed menses like... stress, weakness OR hormonal imbalance ..thyroid/ ovarian, PCOD problems & start with specific treatment.
